Refund & Returns Policy
1. Overview
Vita Life aims to ensure customer satisfaction with all purchases. As we sell third‑party manufactured vitamins and supplements, our refund and replacement process is based on product condition, manufacturer standards, and compliance with Australian consumer law.
2. Eligibility for Refunds or Returns
You may request a refund or return under the following conditions:

The product arrives defective, or incorrect.

The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

The request is made within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind after the product has been opened.

Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or neglect.

Shipping delays outside of our control or product damaged by 3rd party postage suppliers when in transit
3. Non‑Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

Any ingestible product
4. Shipping Liability
Vita Life is not responsible for the following once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier:

Lost packages
-
Stolen packages
-
Delayed deliveries
-
Damaged parcels caused by the carrier handling
Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly for claims related to loss, theft, or transit damage.
However, we will assist you by providing any required documentation to support your claim.
If an item is lost during transit, Vita Life will not be held responsible for this. We will not be liable for any address errors made by the customer. Otherwise once the item leaves the warehouse and is given to the shipping provider, it is not longer in our control. Insurance can be requested for purchases over $100 and starts at $10 from $100 to $500 and $25 from $501 to $1500. Please contact the office if further insurance is required or if there are any queries.
5. Returning a Product
To initiate a return:

Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.

Wait for approval before shipping anything back.

Once approved, return the item using a trackable shipping method.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective on arrival.
6. Refund Processing
Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non‑refundable except in cases where we shipped the wrong item.
7. Third‑Party Product Disclaimer
All products sold by Vita Life are produced by third‑party manufacturers. We do not alter, reformulate, or modify these products. Any quality or potency concerns may be referred to the manufacturer for assessment.
